A private retreat in the peaceful Deer Crest area of Deer Valley Resort, Powder Haus offers ski-inski-out access with space and solitude. Located just above the Jordanelle Express Gondola, the 4-bedroom townhouse overlooks Lake Jordanelle with unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains.
With 3 spacious living rooms, a theater with recliner seating, a lounge with air hockey, and a backyard with a covered patio, the 3-level home is ideal for groups and families with children.
On the main level, an open-concept living area welcomes guests with the atmosphere of a modern lodge, including vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a wall of glass that opens onto a wraparound deck, furnished with a patio table and gas grill.
After a day on the slopes, sink into the circular sectional sofa to watch TV equipped with Sonos surround sound or cozy up to the gas fireplace.
In the gourmet kitchen, find inspiration for homemade meals with Viking appliances and motivation to catch first tracks with a Miele coffee maker. Host sit-down dinners with room for up to 12 guests between the 8-seat formal dining table and 4 high-backed stools at the breakfast bar.
Downstairs, a lounge-style game room features 2 full-length sofas facing a fireplace and TV, an air hockey table, a 4-seat card table, and a kitchenette with 4 stools. This room opens onto a covered porch with a hot tub, fire pit, and porch swing in a small yard. This level also boasts an 8-seat theater room with a projector screen.
Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The primary and guest primary are the only bedrooms on their respective floors for maximum privacy:

This second primary suite looks out on the backyard through a wall-to-wall picture window with mountain views. Guests have a dressing bench, sitting area with comfy club chairs, and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower and separate soaker bathtub.

This roomy guest suite, styled in cottage decor with custom quilts on the queen beds and hardwood nightstands, has a writers desk cozy alcove with a daybed. The en-suite bathroom has a step-in shower and separate bathtub.

This charming room, styled in lodge decor with rich hardwood furniture, has two full beds and a kid-friendly play teepee. The en-suite bathroom has a glass step-in shower.
Guests of the upper level also have a common living area with a chaise-style sofa and comfy club chairs, a gas fireplace, and a TV.
For convenience, Powder Haus also has a private washer, an extra full bathroom, and an additional powder room. A ski prep room with custom hardwood ski lockers keeps equipment toasty and dry for the next powder day. For ski-inski-out access in the winter, use the Jordanelle Express Gondola. Please note that the Jordanelle Run is more challenging in the afternoons as it may be icy. Many beginner and intermediate skiers choose to take the gondola back down for ease.
Powder Haus has the amenities to enjoy apres-ski at home. Play a round of air hockey in the lower-level lounge, enjoy a drink around the fire pit, or take a dip in the hot tub.

With a private parking space in the garage and room for two additional cars in the driveway, you can easily explore the surrounding areafrom Park City Mountain Resort, a 12-minute drive, to hiking and Nordic ski trails, golf courses, and even boating on Lake Jordanelleall accessible in less than 15 minutes.
